【For Foreign Residents】 Notification of Distribution of MIYOSHI HANSATSU Gift Certificates(Voucher)
この事業について（About this program）
食料品や電気代の値段が高くなっています。市民のみなさんの暮らしを応援するため、商品券を配ります。
1人11,000円分の商品券です。この商品券（三次藩札）を使うと、三次市内のお店で買い物ができます。
（三次市に住んでいる人みんなに配ります。）
Food costs and electricity bills are getting higher.
To support the lives of our citizens, we will distribute gift certificates.
Each person will receive gift certificates worth 11,000 yen.
These Miyoshi Hansatsu Voucher can be used for shopping at partner-stores of Miyoshi city.
(We will distribute them to all citizens of Miyoshi.)
いつ届きますか？（When will they arrive?）
(1)最初にお知らせの紙が届きます。➡ 2月の終わりごろに送ります。
※商品券（三次藩札）は、手続きはいりません。届くまで待っていてください。
(2)その後に、三次藩札（券）が届きます。➡ 3月の終わりごろから送ります。
※商品券（三次藩札）は3月の終わりごろから送りますが、届くまでに3週間くらいかかることがあります。
※商品券（三次藩札）は「ゆうパック」で送ります。金券なので、家にいるときに受け取ってください。
（家にいないときに配達員が来たときは、紙の”ご不在連絡票”がポストに入ります。そのときは、後で手続きをして、早めに受け取ってください。）
(1) First, you will receive a notification letter. ➡ It will be sent around the end of February.
※No procedures required to get them. Please wait until you receive.
(2) Then you will receive your Miyoshi Hansatsu Vouchers. ➡ We will begin mailing at the end of March.
※You will receive them sometime between late March and late April. We will begin mailing at the end of March.
※They will be sent by Yu-pack（Postal percel service), Since this is a voucher just like money, please try to receive it yourself at home.
(If vouchers arrive while you are away, “a delivery notice” will be placed in your mail box.
In that case, you will go to the post office with the notice and ID card.)
誰がもらえますか（Who can receive it？）
2026年1月1日に、三次市に住んでいる人
※住民登録がある人です。
※家族の分をまとめて、世帯主（家族の代表の人）に送ります。
People who live in Miyoshi, those who are registered as Miyoshi citizen on the date of 1st January, 2026.
※We will send the entire family’s portion to the head of the household.
三次藩札（みよしはんさつ）とは何ですか？（What is ”Miyoshi Hansatsu”?）
三次藩札（みよしはんさつ）は、三次市のお店で使える券です。
お金の代わりに使って買い物ができます。
券と一緒に「取扱加盟店一覧表（使えるお店のリスト）」が届きます。
そのリストを見てください。
Miyoshi Hansatsu are vouchers that can be used at stores in Miyoshi City.
You can use them, just like cash at partner-stores.
A list of partner stores will be also enclosed with the Miyoshi Hansatsu voucher.
Please check that list before you go shopping.
三次藩札は、2026年9月30日まで使えます。
・お金に変えることはできません。
・おつりは出ません。（例：1,000円の券で800円の物を買っても、200円は返ってきません。）
Miyoshi Hansatsu can be used until September 30, 2026.
・They cannot be exchanged for cash.
・Change can not be returned.
(Even if you buy something for 800yen and pay with a 1,000 yen bill, you will not get the 200yen change.)

- 会社同士のお金の支払い
- お店が「使えません」と言ったもの

・Items already purchased before the vouchers arrive
・Taxes (such as vehicle taxes)
・Electricity, gas, and water bills
・Adding money to electronic money
・Other gift certificates, beer coupons, book vouchers
・Stamps, revenue stamps, prepaid cards
・Stocks, insurance, lottery tickets
・Business-to-business payments
・Items for which stores may refuse voucher use.
